Summary
Andrews' 1895 novella, A Glimpse of Hell, is a tale of a wealthy speculator's financial ruin and attempted suicide, which presents images of metropolitan wealth and poverty as well as supernatural and Christian themes. Her novel, Stephen Kryle: An Australian Story (1901), is a colonial romance of Melbourne and the Victorian gold rushes of the 1850s. Her only other recorded publication is a pamphlet on the pre-Raphelite painter William Holman Hunt.
